Job description

You will assist customers with complex issues related to options trading and margin. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction.

Details

Chicago, IL; Denver, CO; Westlake, TX, in-office attendance expected 5 days per week during onboarding
3+ years of customer experience in financial services, including 1 year in an active trader role
Active Series 7 & 63 required, Series 3 & 4 preferred
Base pay range: $34—$40 USD

The work

Support initiatives to improve customer experience metrics by collaborating with cross-functional teams
Identify and analyze customer issues, providing effective solutions to enhance satisfaction
Develop expertise in Options and Margin trading to resolve technical queries
Contribute to internal knowledge bases and training content to improve team effectiveness
