You will assist customers with complex trading issues while enhancing their experience. This role requires in-person attendance at one of our offices in Chicago, Denver, or Westlake.

1+ years of customer experience in financial services
Active Series 7 & 63 required, Series 3 within 120 days

Support initiatives to improve customer experience metrics
Identify and analyze customer issues for effective solutions
Develop expertise in Options and Margin trading
Address escalated customer issues and ensure swift resolution
