By accessing or using Interviews ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Interviews is an AI-powered interview preparation platform that provides personalized quizzes, topic suggestions, CV management, and company tracking to help you prepare for technical interviews.

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.
• Redistribute or resell content generated by the Service.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

• Some features of the Service require a paid subscription.
• Payments are processed securely through Paddle, our merchant of record.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policy.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI (Google Gemini) to generate quizzes, suggestions, and other content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. The Service is intended as a study aid and should not be relied upon as the sole source of information for interview preparation.

7. Intellectual Property

• The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Interviews and protected by intellectual property laws.
• Content you create (CVs, notes, etc.) remains yours. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for providing the Service.
• AI-generated quizzes and suggestions are provided for your personal use only.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interviews shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
