Job description

You will lead the transition of NCT into an AI-first platform while directly engaging in hands-on engineering work. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership to modernize legacy systems and build AI capabilities.

Details

Location: US-Based, not remote
8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
Experience with Microsoft AI stack (Azure ML, Azure OpenAI integrations) is a plus

Design and build foundational AI capabilities for NCT
Refactor legacy components into scalable, cloud-native services
Manage team execution and mentor developers in AI-native workflows
Ensure compliance with government-adjacent frameworks during feature deployment
