1+ years in a customer-facing or commercial role
Experience with Salesforce, Google Workspace, or MS Office

The work

Own renewals and retention for a portfolio of around 60 customers
Track account health and spot at-risk accounts early
Run regular check-ins and business reviews with customers
Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within your book
