You will manage the build, deployment, and infrastructure for scientific software in various environments. This role requires hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes, focusing on both cloud and on-premise solutions.

Details

  • Remote within Europe, regular presence in Bremen
  • Strong AWS or equivalent, Kubernetes, and configuration management experience at production scale
  • Degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent practical track record

The work

  • Own build, CI/CD and release for the platform across cloud and on-premise targets
  • Run the Kubernetes and GitOps side of the platform
  • Implement monitoring and log aggregation across internal and customer environments
  • Introduce static analysis and dependency and license scanning into the pipeline
