You will lead the analytics team and manage the entire analytics architecture. This role involves hands-on work with data and BI tools to support decision-making across the business.

  • 8+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 3 years managing a team
  • Deep hands-on SQL experience, including complex CTEs and query optimization

The work

  • Own the analytics architecture from the data warehouse to the BI layer
  • Set and evolve BI tooling strategy and evaluate current tools
  • Lead, hire, and develop a team of analysts and analytics engineers
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define key metrics and build reporting
