  • Own full-cycle hiring for manufacturing and production roles
  • Build a talent pipeline in Northwest Arkansas from scratch
  • Recruit from automotive, EV, and high-rate industrial manufacturing sectors
  • Support other teams when manufacturing hiring is lighter
