You will work with a team to provide financial accounting and advisory services to private equity-backed companies. This role involves preparing financial statements and improving accounting processes.

Details

Chicago, Dallas, New York, hybrid role with 2 days remote work per week
$180,000 to $220,000 USD plus benefits and bonus
12+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, CPA is a plus

The work

Prepare financial statements for acquisitions and restatements
Design and implement new accounting policies and procedures
Assess and improve financial accounting close processes
Oversee financial reporting and operational system implementations
