Join a team focused on exit planning and transaction support in a collaborative environment. You will work with clients to prepare companies for sale and navigate the deal process.

Details

Boston, Chicago, Dallas, New York, hybrid role with 2 remote days per week
$120,000 to $170,000 + benefits + bonus
3 to 5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or quality of earnings
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA is a plus

The work

Support the development of equity stories and go-to-market materials
Utilize Excel and BI tools for financial and operational analyses
Analyze deal-related assumptions and manage investor-ready data rooms
Respond to due diligence questions from financial or strategic buyers
