You will help shape and implement equity strategies within Achievement First's schools and organization. This role focuses on fostering belonging among staff and supporting students in navigating social justice issues.

New York, hybrid role with office presence 3 days a week
$170,258 salary
Minimum of 8 years of experience in equity or related fields
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred

Lead the design and implementation of internal equity strategies
Develop frameworks and toolkits for staff and students
Manage cross-functional projects to ensure accountability
Build relationships with school leaders and community stakeholders
