Join our team as a Leasing Consultant in Florence, KY, where you'll engage with residents and manage leasing processes. This role involves both sales and administrative tasks to maintain community occupancy and satisfaction.

Details

  • Florence, KY, work from office
  • Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm + rotating Saturdays, 9:00am - 4:00pm
  • Previous customer service experience required; leasing and/or sales experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent

The work

  • Interact with prospective and current residents to present the apartment community
  • Ensure accurate documentation related to leasing and fair housing compliance
  • Conduct routine inspections of units and community campus for market readiness
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences and resolve resident issues proactively
