Job description

You will lead the development of automation and AI capabilities for operations in Munich. This role involves managing projects that enhance efficiency and drive significant business impact.

Details

  • Munich, on-site
  • 8–12 years of experience in automation or AI/ML
  • BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering
  • Experience with RPA platforms like UiPath or Power Automate

The work

  • Map and prioritize automation opportunities across production and back-office
  • Own end-to-end delivery of automation projects from design to deployment
  • Build, mentor, and manage the Automation Engineer and Data/ML Engineer
  • Track and report on automation impact, including cost savings and error rates
