5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, with at least 3+ years in Customer Success or support roles
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline

The work

Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers, developing strategic relationships
Deliver regular business reviews, communicating ROI and aligning on success metrics
Promote awareness and usage of key platform features and provide ongoing education
Proactively monitor customer health and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
