You will guide customers through the onboarding of SaaS solutions in Las Vegas. This role involves training, project management, and ensuring customer success from kickoff to go-live.

5+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding or implementation
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Hospitality, Technology, or related field

Own the end-to-end onboarding journey from kickoff to go-live
Deliver live 1:1 and group training sessions
Establish and manage project scope, timelines, and milestones
Coordinate and configure third-party integrations
