Skills: EFTA (Reg E), TILA (Reg Z)/CARD Act, UDAAP, card network rules

The work

Own compliance advisory for the Affirm Card program, including marketing and onboarding
Review and approve card marketing and disclosures for regulatory compliance
Lead root-cause analysis and remediation for compliance issues
Partner with teams to prepare for regulatory exams and audits
