Job description

You will support music clearance and operations for A24 during a maternity leave coverage period. This role requires in-person work in Los Angeles for 3 to 4 days a week.

  • 5+ years of music licensing/clearance experience

The work

  • Manage the marketing clearance calendar and coordinate timelines
  • Liaise with music supervisors and producers on creative choices
  • Track budgets and clearance status for 27+ active film projects
  • Coordinate calls and prepare agendas across various stakeholders
