Join OneDegree as a Customer Care Associate in Hong Kong, where you'll assist customers across various channels. This role focuses on resolving inquiries and improving customer experience without any sales responsibilities.

Hong Kong, work from office
5 days work per week, 8 hours per day
Experience in the general insurance industry preferred
High school certification or above, bachelor’s degree is a plus

Communicate with customers through social media, email, live chat, and phone calls
Resolve difficult situations with creativity, tact, and diplomacy
Provide information for customers to resolve their problems
Set up processes for assembling customer feedback and liaise with internal partners
