Job description

Join OneDegree as a Customer Care Associate to assist customers and resolve inquiries across various channels. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service and improving customer experience.

Details

Location: OneDegree Hong Kong Office
5 days work per week, 8 hours per day
Experience with the general insurance industry is preferred
High school certification or above, bachelor’s degree is a plus

The work

Communicate with customers through social media, email, live chat, and phone calls
Resolve difficult situations with creativity and diplomacy
Provide information to help customers resolve their problems
Set up processes for gathering customer feedback
