$66,200 - $99,900 base salary for Level I, $72,600 - $125,200 for Level II
12% performance-based incentive for Level I, 15% for Level II
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance or equivalent required

The work

Market and sell loans and financial services to customers
Conduct customer visits to assess loan collateral and management practices
Make credit decisions and monitor loan performance
Prepare credit analysis and submit recommendations for loan approvals
