Join AgWest Farm Credit as a Lending and Insurance Trainee in various locations across the Western U.S. This full-time program offers hands-on training and a structured path to a career in agricultural finance and insurance.

Details

Locations: Arizona, California, Montana, Oregon, Washington
Salary: $65,000 with a 10% target bonus
Relocation assistance: $7,500
Full-time positions with a six-month training program

The work

Evaluate creditworthiness of individuals and businesses
Assist with customer relationship management and loan servicing activities
Study for and obtain state insurance licenses as required
Collaborate with teams to ensure effective policy administration
