Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience in account management, sales, or partner management
Native/Fluent Japanese and business-level English communication skills

The work

Manage a portfolio of hotel partners and serve as the main point of contact
Build and maintain strong partner relationships through regular communication
Monitor and analyze key business metrics to identify performance gaps
Support partners in adopting Agoda’s programs and pricing tools
