$132,480-$165,600 base pay
4+ years of employment law experience
Active State Bar membership required

Provide day-to-day employment advice on HR practices and legal risks
Investigate pre-litigation and litigation matters
Interpret policies and provide guidance on employment laws
Collaborate with Employee Relations and People teams on employee issues
