Join 3Cloud as an HR Business Partner to support the Global Delivery Center team in the Philippines. You'll work on HR strategies, employee experience, and organizational development in a remote setting.

  • Contract Employment - 6 months
  • 8–12+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required

The work

  • Support the Global Delivery Center team and ensure alignment with HR strategic objectives
  • Oversee end-to-end employee experience including recruitment and onboarding
  • Monitor performance management processes and lead talent development initiatives
  • Provide guidance on complex HR issues and maintain legal compliance
