Job description

Join SpaceX as an Account Specialist to support the Enterprise team in managing customer accounts. You'll handle order processing and account setup for channel partners in a dynamic environment.

$82,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience in operations, customer support, or process coordination
Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for required authorizations

The work

Review and validate purchase orders and compliance documents
Create and configure customer accounts and billing structures
Partner with Sales, Finance, and Customer Support to process orders
Track order timelines and flag risks to revenue and activation goals
