Job description

You will lead the Sanctions Compliance Program at SoFi, ensuring adherence to global regulations. This role requires extensive experience in sanctions and compliance within financial institutions.

Details

Location: United States, not remote
5+ years in a senior compliance role within OFAC
10-15+ years of experience in sanctions
Comprehensive understanding of BaaS products

The work

Oversee the strategy and direction of the Enterprise Sanctions Program
Advise on sanctions issues across SoFi’s business units
Support the AML Governance team with annual Sanctions risk assessments
Develop and review Sanctions policies and procedures
