Experience: 2+ years in investment banking, management consulting, or related fields
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Accounting or related field

The work

Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic transactions aligned with company goals
Assist in all aspects of transactions including sourcing, financial modeling, and due diligence
Support the development of investment memos and presentations for executive leadership
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential partners or targets
