$112,000—$132,000 USD base pay
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required

The work

Lead end-to-end Contact Center program management
Partner with teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Manage external vendor and financial-services partner relationships
Support audits, regulatory exams, and inquiries
