You will provide legal guidance for Robinhood's credit ecosystem, working closely with product and compliance teams. This role is based in Menlo Park, New York, or Washington, DC, with in-person attendance required at least three days a week.

Provide end-to-end counseling on retail products including credit cards and banking services
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Advise on, review, and draft consumer agreements for new products
Identify and assess business and legal risks while achieving product goals
