You will support customers in onboarding their A2P numbers while managing compliance and service level agreements. This remote role is based in Colombia and requires strong communication and project management skills.

2+ years of experience in A2P products
Ability to work in rotational shifts 8:00am to 5pm Bogota time
A2P compliance experience

The work

Provide personalized onboarding support for Fast Track customers
Help resolve onboarding issues through customer engagement
Manage onboarding SLAs and credit utilization
Partner with operations teams to scale onboarding volumes
