Job description

You will lead the Customer Success organization at Instacart, focusing on value realization for enterprise clients. This remote role requires strong leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Details

Remote in Canada (ON, AB, BC, or NS only)
8+ years of experience in enterprise customer success or account management
Direct leadership of a customer success organization
Experience with a CS book of business over $1000M+ ARR

The work

Lead the Customer Success organization for the Enterprise Solutions portfolio
Build and develop a senior consultative Customer Success team
Manage senior managers and set standards for customer success metrics
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth account transitions
