$126,000—$133,000 CAD base pay
7+ years in marketing operations or strategy
Eligible for new hire equity grant and annual refresh grants

The work

Identify and rebuild slow or manual marketing workflows using AI
Own the full cycle from understanding current processes to measuring outcomes
Drive adoption of new AI solutions and create internal momentum
Lead the MarComms AI KR forum to align AI goals across Marketing
