The work
- Provide day-to-day employment advice on HR practices and performance management
- Investigate pre-litigation and litigation matters, developing strategies for resolution
- Interpret policies and procedures in line with employment laws
- Collaborate with Employee Relations and People teams on employee complaints and investigations
