You will work closely with customers to ensure they effectively adopt and utilize Elastic solutions. This role involves defining technical success plans and providing ongoing support to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Fluency in German & English required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
Experience in a similar role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre-sales Engineer

The work

Collaborate with the account team to provide technical support
Define technical success plans for customers
Ensure a successful customer journey from onboarding to adoption
Identify and eliminate technical frictions to promote smoother adoption
