Minimum of 3 years in Customer Success/Account Management
Fluency in French and Spanish or Italian

The work

Manage customer engagement across the entire lifecycle from onboarding to renewal
Negotiate and execute renewal contracts while maintaining accurate forecasts
Collaborate with Sales to drive retention and growth strategies
Utilize data analysis to identify selling opportunities and enhance customer outcomes
