$272,000 to $340,000 base salary plus equity and benefits
5+ years of experience in Machine Learning or Data Science
3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager managing a team of 5+ engineers

The work

Build and lead a team of ML engineers
Drive the technical vision and roadmap for Safety ML
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of production safety models
Partner with Trust & Safety on label quality and automating investigations
