Job description

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will assist pharmacies in using our SaaS platform and troubleshoot technical issues. You will also contribute to process improvements and collaborate closely with product and development teams.

Experience in Customer Support, ideally for SaaS or digital platforms
Technical understanding; experience with SQL is a plus
Very good German language skills required
