You will build scalable outbound systems using Clay in Berlin. Join a growing AI-native Go-to-Market firm focused on B2B-Tech companies.

Details

  • Berlin, hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 remote)
  • €50k–€70k base salary
  • Experience in startup, tech, or consulting, ideally with automation or GTM systems
  • Fluent in German (C2 level)

The work

  • Build scalable outbound systems in Clay, including lead lists and AI columns
  • Translate signals like intent and job changes into personalized outreach
  • Identify bottlenecks in GTM processes and develop the internal GTM playbook
  • Drive the AI stack from idea to production using Claude Code
