Westlake, TX, in-person attendance expected 5 days per week
$24.70—$29 USD per hour
Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 Licenses required
This position is restricted to US citizens or lawful permanent residents

The work

Deliver customer support for Trump Accounts via phone, email, and chat
Identify and report patterns and friction points for continuous improvement
Develop expertise in product offerings and complex financial concepts
Aggregate feedback from customer interactions to inform leadership
