The work

Lead end-to-end product development execution for new products and line extensions
Manage the innovation portfolio's stage-gate process
Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing, Quality, and Regulatory teams
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking key milestones and deliverables
