Job description

You will manage caregiver schedules and ensure service coordination at AbriCare in St. Louis. This role requires strong scheduling experience and flexibility to support caregiving when needed.

Competitive hourly compensation, commensurate with experience
Minimum of 2 years of staff/workforce scheduling experience
Experience using scheduling, workforce management, EMR, or similar technology

The work

Build, maintain, and adjust client and caregiver schedules using the EMR system
Manage high-volume scheduling activity, including open shifts and urgent coverage needs
Proactively identify and resolve coverage gaps before they impact client service
Provide direct Personal Care Services when coverage is unavailable
