As a Help Desk Intern, you'll provide IT support and assist teammates in a fast-paced aerospace environment. This role offers hands-on experience in troubleshooting and customer service while working on-site in Mountain View, CA.

Bachelor's $40/hour, Master's $45/hour, PhD $50/hour
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, computer science, or related field

Serve as the first point of contact for help desk requests
Set up, image, and deploy laptops and accounts for employees
Troubleshoot common hardware and software issues
Help maintain IT inventory and documentation
