Job description

Join AlertMedia as a Customer Advocacy Contractor to support our customer advocacy program. This remote role involves managing customer references and assisting the Customer Marketing team.

Up to 20 hours per week

Experience in customer marketing or advocacy preferred

The work

Coordinate and execute the customer reference program
Identify and recruit customers for advocacy opportunities
Track advocacy activities and manage customer reference records
Draft internal communications promoting customer wins and program updates
