Job description

Join Kraken's client delivery team in Berlin to support European clients through technology transformation projects. You'll manage client relationships and ensure successful migrations to the Kraken platform.

Details

  • Berlin, Germany, work from office
  • Experience in client delivery and/or product ownership required
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Previous experience in accounting and billing is a plus

The work

  • Manage relationships with client counterparts and act as the first point of contact for tech development
  • Triaging incoming requests and communicating client priorities internally
  • Support the engineering team to deliver product features
  • Summarise and articulate client needs and timelines for ongoing development
