The work
- Support the Tier 1 Sales Operations lead with process documentation and managing sales inquiries
- Manage defined Tier 1 scope related sales inquiries from AMERICAS teams
- Assist with basic sales operations tasks including data hygiene and reporting in SFDC
- Help with new hire onboarding for Salesforce CRM and Sales tools
