Job description

You will manage financial operations and ensure accurate cash flow at Avandra Imaging. This role can be performed remotely or from the Eagan, Minnesota office.

Details

  • Eagan, Minnesota; or Remote within the U.S.
  • $70,000 - $80,000 base salary plus up to 10% discretionary bonus
  • 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or general accounting
  • Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software

The work

  • Own accounts receivable collections for Datcard and Sorna
  • Apply customer payments accurately in QuickBooks
  • Manage accounts payable for Datcard, Sorna, and Avandra
  • Reconcile all bank and credit card accounts
