The work

  • Investigate incidents escalated from L1 and determine root cause
  • Lead containment and eradication efforts during incidents
  • Build and tune FortiSIEM correlation rules and maintain FortiSOAR playbooks
  • Mentor L1 analysts and track SOC metrics for process improvements
