Job description

Join our customer service team to support seniors with our emergency call solutions. You'll assist customers with inquiries and help them navigate our systems.

Details

  • Karlsruhe, work from office
  • 30–40 hours per week
  • Very good German skills required
  • Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required

  • Provide friendly and solution-oriented support to customers via phone and written communication
  • Assist with questions about our emergency call systems and their setup
  • Independently handle customer inquiries and document solutions in digital systems
