You will lead a team of engineers to deploy AI solutions for major grocery clients in San Francisco. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on engineering work to enhance customer relationships and platform integration.

San Francisco, hybrid role (3 days/week in office)
$203,745 - $275,655 plus meaningful early-stage equity
10+ years in software engineering or solutions architecture, including 2+ years managing engineers
Willingness to travel to customer sites roughly 25–40%

The work

Lead and develop a team of forward deployed engineers
Own the technical relationship with customers and set delivery roadmaps
Decide on architecture and production standards across accounts
Partner with platform engineers to turn field learnings into product improvements
