$160,000 base, $70,000 variable, $230k OTE
8+ years of experience in enterprise sales or strategic account management
Ability to travel up to 50%

Own revenue, retention, and expansion targets for strategic accounts
Establish and maintain relationships with C-suite executives
Lead executive-level discovery sessions to understand customer priorities
Run the full sales cycle for new opportunities within existing accounts
